I’m convinced most people go to the grave residing in the jar even thought the lid has been removed.

The funny thing about fear is that it’s a series of energy waves in the mind. Kinda silly to think that little waves of energy compose the mountains we place in front of ourselves, right?

When feeling uncomfortable, be thankful. You’re Living instead of just being alive.

Glen, excellent post and I loved the example you provided about the fleas!

Agree with what you’re saying… get past the pain threshhold, move past the comfort zone, and allow folks to offer support who have already been there.
